Introducing On-Demand Requests and the Patient Waiting Room!

You can now display your organization’s calendar publicly and allow your patients the ability to request a session and immediately be placed in a waiting room in real time. Your provider group can see the session appear in their On-Demand Requests queue, view the reason for the visit, and claim it to initiate the video visit.

In light of the On-Demand feature, we updated the Admin Session List with an On-Demand Requests tab separate from the Pre-Scheduled Requests.

On-Call Status

Manage your coverage of On-Demand requests with this new ability for providers to mark themselves as On-Call. This will reveal a new tab in the Session List called On-Demand Requests. On-call providers receive text, email, and in-portal notifications whenever a request comes in. Administrators can filter and manage their providers’ on-call status as well.

 

New Patient Setup Guide

Our slick new Setup Guide makes for a more streamlined, easy to follow on-boarding process for your patients. Create custom modules to collect the necessary patient medical information your providers need to deliver exceptional care.
