Write a Reason for Session Cancellation
When you cancel a session now, you’ll have the opportunity to specify the reason before submitting. The message will be delivered in the email notification to the patient.
Specify Availability for Video, In-Person or Chat sessions
You can now create availability that is specific to the modality you would like to deliver your session through. For instance, if you only hold in-person sessions at your office from 2-4pm, you could create “Office Visit availability.” If you only hold online video sessions from 4-6pm you could create “Video Session availability.” You can select one or more options for those time slots and the patient will be limited to those options when requesting that time.
